How Virtual-Counseling Sessions Work
1. Your first step in getting help will be to fill
out our
Pre-Session Form where you indicate to
our virtual counselor which symptoms apply to you.
2. Once you complete the form,
select the type of virtual
counseling you desire: chat (IM),
e-mail or telephone*, and pay for your session via
Paypal.
3. Your online therapist will contact you to
schedule a time that is convenient for you to
conduct an online chat or telephone counseling
session.
If
you choose e-mail, your virtual counselor will send
you a one page e-mail response.
*Telephone sessions
can be conducted via Skype
Health
Insurance Coverage for Online Therapy
Many health insurance providers cover the cost of
virtual therapy. However, we don’t bill carriers
directly. You will have to submit your claims for
reimbursement. Check with your provider for
details.
